Job Overview We're seeking a skilled Copywriter to play a critical role in the ideation, storytelling, and copywriting of YETI's best-in-class advertising. As a flexible and versatile writer, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling stories, product copy, headlines, and marketing communications across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented, and engaging stories, both long and short Brainstorm, concept, and present story ideas and copy campaign support Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including designers and photographers, to produce exceptional work Be a team player, receiving feedback and comments from all stakeholders openly and incorporating them into your work Represent the YETI brand in interviews and conversations with key characters and ambassadors Work on tight timelines and manage multiple projects concurrently Examples of Projects You May Work On Editorial features, such as Portraits of Courage and Making a Home in the Wild Campaigns, including the Black Color Campaign and High Desert Clay Product copy and headlines for YETI's website, social media, and marketing materials Qualifications and Attributes To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as English, Journalism, or Communications At least 2 years of experience in an advertising or in-house creative position, with experience working with consumer product brands preferred At least 3 years of experience in storytelling and copywriting, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to craft compelling narratives Outdoor experience and a passion for the outdoors are preferred, but not required Experience in both print and digital advertising/marketing, with a mastery of written communication in both short- and long-form Demonstrated ability to deliver the perfect tone and strategic thinking, with the capacity to solve problems and offer creative solutions An excellent portfolio website that showcases your writing and creative abilities A positive, energetic, and collaborative approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently Skills and Competencies In addition to the qualifications listed above, we're looking for a candidate with: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that engage and inspire Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to offer creative solutions and deliver results A passion for the outdoors and a deep understanding of the YETI brand and its values Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At YETI, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
